Bio
Adrian Turjanski is Professor of Bioinformatics at the University of Buenos Aires and Director of the Argentinian Bioinformatics Platform. He has also helped to steer Argentina’s Associate Membership of the European Molecular Biology Laboratory. He has a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Buenos Aires (2003) and his primary research interest is around the development of bioinformatics services to aid structure-based drug design, especially for antimicrobial drugs.
